F.W. Schmitz Inc. did extensive interior and exterior work on our nearly 100 year old Tudor. The project ranged from plastering and painting, to wallpaper and light carpentry. Peter even did some antique furniture repair and restoration for us.
F.W. Schmitz Inc. may not be your lowest bid but the flawless quality of work justifies every penny. The layers of old paint and plaster were scraped and reapplied as if the walls, the wood trim, and doors were painted for the first time. F.W. Schmitz Inc. worked well with the other subcontractors and came back to repair anything that needed additional work included in the original cost.
We would highly recommend this family owned business, and we plan to have them visit our house annually to help us maintain the property.
